Who we are

Gelatina Lab is operated by Pedro Barone, an individual, in Niterói, RJ, Brazil. Contact: gelatinalab@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you place an order we collect: name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), email, phone, shipping address, postal code, and the film details you write in the order (film name and push/pull).

What we use it for

• Processing your payment.
• Creating the shipping label and content declaration required by Correios, when you choose that option.
• Developing, scanning and sending your film results.
• Answering questions about your order.

Legal basis: performance of a service contract (LGPD art. 7, V) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 7, II).

Who we share it with

• Stripe: processes payments.
• Melhor Envio: creates shipping labels and freight quotes.
• Resend: sends order emails.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website.

Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order data only as long as needed for the shipping label, and delete our own copies within 7 days of posting. Payment records (Stripe) and label records (Melhor Envio) follow those services’ policies and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Write to gelatinalab@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority, ANPD.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Purchases made on this website have a 7-day right of withdrawal, counted from receipt of the order, under article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code. To cancel, write to gelatinalab@gmail.com. We refund the amount paid through the same payment method.
